Things are beginning to turn up all roses for me lately. Last month tha growth of my careers was tremendous. Some things increased ova 1000% ova tha past 3 months! I can’t really understand what is going on here, but I hope it doesn’t stop. I haven’t even been promoting my websites and products and services and they have been getting hit up with view, etc. like crazy ova tha past 3-4 weeks. If I were a stock I would surely be purchasing some of me lately, lol, j/k.
I just wanted to thank everyone that has been viewing my works and leaving very encouraging messages about my websites, ideas, artwork, bmarceltv, etc. Especially though, I would like to thank those of you that have visited me on my reverbnation page (http://www.reverbnation.com/brandonmarcel) because not only have you been leaving me kind messages and comments about my music, but a lot of you have joined my team and email list as fans, which I truly do appreciate. I am only a novice music producer and believe me, I know I’ve got a looooong way before I am considered even an intermediate music producer. I to be honest never wanted to step to tha microphone and stage or do anything other than help other aspiring musicians to get their careers going strongly and profitably, so I am completely dumb-founded that I have nearly 2000+ fans on Reverbnation. Go figure, right?
To be honest, my major goals with tha music industry are still tha same as they always were from tha very beginning though. I wish to become tha behind tha scenes guy pulling strings for others helping them put their dreams into action and satisfaction. I have had some major successes in developing artists being that some have actually been offered major record label contracts (one of which several times ova now) so I know that I know what I am doing in that arena. It’s a whole new ball game beyond songwriting and doing tha record executive/artist developer thing, haha. But I’ll perservere. I’m actually looking for a talented local producer in Milwaukee, WI, USA that would hopefully take me under his or her wing to help teach me tha “proper” beat layering techniques and of course mixing and mastering techniques starting NOW!
I’ve got a huge respect for all of tha arts and I don’t jump into things related to them quickly like most aspiring people do. I think you have to become knowledgable about the industry and creative side equally first before you strike out into tha deep of climbing tha ranks in any arts. I’ve studied and been developing music acts for nearly 13 years now and I’ve been intensely studying visual/fine arts for nearly 15 years now and I am only now really beginning to look for income from these avenues, so you know that this is really a core belief of mine.
It angers and saddens me how disrespectful artists are these days with cheap software and just a few connections and social media sites most even some what talented people will strike out and declare themselves top artists of tha new millenium, haha! I don’t believe in being boastful like that either. I want my work to speak for itself. If you like it cool, if not, well that’s okay to becuz a lot of others already do and many more will I’m sure with some promotions
Anyway, thanks again for viewing my works, for your kind comments and for even purchasing my works whether they be my articles/stories, paintings/prints, blogging content, or music relate products or services (IndieMusicLounge.Com 2.9 nearing completion!!).
Peace & Luv,
B-Marcel
